Probably one of my most unenjoyable teas to source has been blossoming tea. The reason is that 90% of them taste pretty bland or a little bitter.

These can be beautiful teas to serve at a dinner party but they were not produced for taste. The Mei Leaf Blossoming teas are the absolute best tasting versions out there but we had to try about fifty to find these three!
