As some of you may know, Mei Leaf sprung out of the expertise of AcuMedic - the oldest and largest Chinese Medical clinic outside Asia. For over 40 years we have been sourcing and prescribing Chinese herbs to over 50,000 clients.

So, while my first love will always be tea, I have been brought up drinking Chinese herbs. Most of the time this is for health reasons alone but there are some Chinese herbs that taste good and are worth you picking up for flavour as well as effects.

Here are three of my personal favourites.

Chrysanthemum

Amachazuru (Jia Gu Lan)
