Understanding Dan Cong

Learn about this delicious doppleganger Oolong tea type from its source.

It is always a pleasure to visit the mountains for tea sourcing and continuously learning about the intricate details of a particular tea. I wish I could film all of my tea sourcing trips but that is not so easy unless I have Celine by my side and the farmers agree.

I was determined on this trip to give you a more comprehensive understanding of Dan Cong because it is a popular but often misunderstood tea. I hope that learning from the mountains gives you a more complete understanding of this Oolong.
