It was so fun getting to taste different teas side by side. I will for sure be purchasing other flight boxes. All three of the teas that I received were delicious.

Learn and experience the delights of Japanese Green tea. Perfect for beginners or experienced teaheads!

Tasting teas and educating your palate can be challenging because we tend to taste one tea in a session. By experiencing a flight of teas in a horizontal tasting we can directly compare the teas and learn more about them in the process.

This Japanese Green Tea Flight box contains three top quality teas which have been selected for comparative tastings. The box contains a letter written by myself to explain the key differences between the teas and how these affect the sensory experience.

The box contains tasting cards to fill out for your reference. Once you have completed a comparative tasting there will be plenty of tea remaining for individual tea sessions.

This box contains:

Meiryoku Sencha

Organic Sencha from the southern tip of Japan with a distinct sea air quality. Porridge oats, dashi, cannabis and arugula.

Houjicha

Genmai Matcha

Matcha dusted Genmaicha. Soy sauce covered rice crackers and fresh cut green grass with a rich umami savoury sweetness.
