Directions:
Infuse one bag in 300ml boiling water for 2-5 minutes (depending on desired strength). Strain and drink while warm. You can reinfuse a couple of times. At first it is advised to drink one cup every evening for the first week, and then go up to one cup in the morning and one in the evening from the second week. The course of use in order to assess the tea's effects is 45 days.
