    Mineral and fruity, tasty

A delight to drink now and an excellent tea to pick up for home ageing. In a few years this will be a spectacular aged Bai Mu Dan at a steal of a price.

This tea has been the focus of our White tea ageing study and we know it really well due to all of our numerous tastings. It is a delicious, semi-aged Fuding White Peony to drink now and will become even more ambrosial as it ages further.

We recommend storing this tea in relatively airtight conditions at a relative humidity of between 55-65% - the drier you keep it the slower the ageing and we find Boveda humidity packs to be really useful at controlling the humidity. We recommend the 65% packs and you do not need to replace when they are dry - just soak the packs in clean water to refresh them (there are instructional videos online).
