2015. Leather, cut cherry wood, umami, miso broth, leaf litter. Calming. Tingly aftertaste.

Super easy drinker, pleasantly thick and creamy but with some minerality on the finish. A little sweet too, in a good way!

Balanced, smooth and easy to drink. Earthy and wet moss, but a very clean taste. Reminds me of vanilla pipe tobacco and dried dark fruits.

Intensely deep, dark chocolate w/vanilla ice cream. The minerality is so sweet it's seductive! Childhood memories of sweet cinnamon-raisin bread oven-broiled w/butter & caramelised sugar. Divine.

So smooth, creamy, sweet with some minerality. This one leaves me wanting more and gives me all the grounded deep rooted feels. Perfect for a rainy Seattle day.

Salted fudge, Mocca ice cream, biscuits, malt loaf, sourness like a coffee or a deep dark chocolate, brown bread. There's a cough sweets or syrup note in there

Very easy-drinking, smooth, dark vanilla wood, a cola-esque bite to it. This is actually the first Ripe I’ve tried that I like! The texture is creamy and satisfyingly thick with a slight mineral quench

Earthy taste, fruity cherry and dark chocolate

I get a baked bread and yeast flavour, along with some old cave and a hint of raisin.

The texture is thick and oily while being very smooth drinking. Wet leaf smells of old books and melted vanilla ice cream. Taste starts off bread forward moving to cherry cola and eventually butterscotch.

Wet leaves move from a concrete smell to a soft dough and vanilla. Taste of dark berries with a soft mouth feel at first, making way for a prickly minerality not unlike cola, which stays for a long time

Quite flavorful once you can break up the cake! Light with cherry, vanilla, and cola!

Vanilla, cream, bourbon, and oak wood. This Shou is incredibly clean from start to finish! It has a root beer float thing going on for me, with a slight alcoholic note. Simply Amazing!
