Dian Hong teas are particularly bud heavy black teas from Yunnan province and they are pretty widely available. They are a gorgeously soft rendition of a black tea and usually most people's first experience of a lighter Chinese black.

As always here at Mei Leaf, we try to go one further and we have sourced an Imperial grade harvest of this tea from the heart of Feng Qing in Yunnan.

Yes you have probably heard the term 'Imperial Grade' before and it is thrown about by sellers that want to sound very 'high end and authentic' but this is genuinely a top shelf Dian Hong that is peerless in all of our taste tests.
