Which currencies do you accept?
We accept GBP, USD, EUR and Bitcoin. You can use the currency selector on our website to choose between GBP, USD or EUR. Payments can be settled securely via Credit Card, PayPal or Bitcoin.
How quickly do you process orders?
If we have the products in stock and you finalise your order before 1pm (GMT) on any weekday then we will usually dispatch your products on the same weekday. If you order on the weekend then we will usually dispatch on Monday. For more information about Shipping, please read our Shipping FAQ.
Update: Due to the high order volume, it can currently take us up to 5 working days to dispatch your order. Be assured that every paid order will be dispatched, and once that happens you will receive an email with a tracking number, if applicable. Tracking data is not available prior to order dispatch.
I have a discount code and want to use it?
Lucky you! At our express checkout there is a space to enter discount codes and you can use one per order.
