Ye Sheng Hong

Made from an ancient variety of the tea tree and picked from trees over 100 years old. Zesty grapefruit and hoppy IPA, barrel-aged rum, malt and muscatel.

Rich blend of creamy old-tree 2012 Bulang Shu and eleven year aged Xinhui tangerine peel. Babka, orange chocolate, chrysanthemum, chinese herbs, dank basement and parma violets.

Spring 2015 Gong Ting Zi Juan Ripe PuErh

Ye Sheng Zi Ya

Made from lateral buds of ancient Purple trees in Yunnan estimated at 300 years-old. Sun processed for a rich character. Peach sherbet, elderflower and pine.

2014 Da Shu Menghai Shu PuErh

Rich Menghai PuErh from 100-year-old trees picked in 2014. Cocoa cookies, chocolate sponge, vanilla fudge, iron supplements, rosehip and overipe cherries.

Heirloom and wild Fu brick made from over 60-year-old trees and processed without wheat inoculation. Brioche, mandarin marmalade, carrot juice, lady fingers, leather, Speyside whisky and candied pecans.

Blended pickings of lateral buds picked in late winter from PuErh trees approximately 200 years of age. Elderflower, pinewood, gooseberry crean, fresh apricots and ginger flowers.

1999 Royal Bulang Dashu Shu PuErh

Smooth and buttery vintage PuErh from 1999 pickings of 140 year old Bulang trees. Guinness and chocolate cake, heirloom apples, leather, bookshops, butter and grenadine.
