Ripe PuErh aged since 1996 in Yunnan. Wet cave, new leather, medicinal bark and the slightest earthy apple sweetness. Excellent digestif.

Gong Ting Zi Juan Ripe PuErh 2014

Uniquely fruity and refreshing ripe PuErh made with the purple Zi Juan variety. Grenadine, blackcurrant taffy, amber, marzipan thyme and blood orange.

Anji Bai Cha

Top shelf grade. Pre Qing Ming picked Anji Green. Freshly mowed grass, asparagus umami, starfruit and green pumpkin seeds.

2004 Yiwu Gushu Sheng PuErh

Special 2004 aged Yiwu Gushu Puerh. Pear puree, bitter melon and lily brightness with cedarwood, thyme, cherry and sweet tobacco depth.

Junshan Yinzhen

Fragrant Yellow tea which is highly prized in China. Mountain snow, guava and starfruits with the warmth of pumpkin seeds and vanilla pods.

A blend of Raw Gushu PuErh from China and Myanmar to make a uniquely soft and luxurious tea. Alpine flowers, light chocolate milk, wet mountain rocks, apple and black pepper.

Warm yet bright Oolong made from the Xing Ren variety. Strawberry milk, cooked apples and vanilla biscuits.

Sun Moon Lake Black Tea - Ruby 18

Jiao Gu Lan - Gynostemma pentaphyllum

Pu Gong Ying - Taraxacum officinale

Known to increase the elimination of toxins through the liver and kidneys. Liquorice, mint and drying hay with a gentle herbal bitters.

Bai Hao Yin Zhen

Very early spring picked silver beige buds producing a luscious, thick and soft liquor. Summer meadow flowers and dry grass with sweet, ripe cantaloupe.

Yesheng Kuding - Ligustrum robustum

A light and dancing flavour from fresh to slightly bitter then moving to floral sweetness. Traditionally used to calm, cool and relax.

Aloysia citrodora

Cleansing, uplifting and calming tisane. Sweet lemons, thyme and fresh grass.

Matricaria recutita

Warming and soothing tisane with a gentle floral sweetness with a slight fenugreek spice.

Verbena hastata

Relaxing tonic good for calming nerves and stimulating liver function. Herbal bitters like tonic water and genepi.

Hibiscus rosa-sinensis

Dark sangria red flowers rich in anthocyanins for a healthy cardiovascular system. Sour berries and a fresh earthy foundation. Sweeten to taste.

Urtica dioica

Sweet and herbaceous tisane with a multitude of benefits. Especially, shown to be effective at reducing rheumatic and arthritis pain.

Dark and smooth GABA tea. Deep roasted nuts, tarmac and coffee. Fleeting spices like black cardamom, antique wood and black liquorice.

Hojicha

A roasted blend of three pickings of Bancha Green tea. Caramel soya sauce, hay and poached pears.

Nong Xiang Xiping Huang Dan

Tie Guan Yin style Oolong made from the Huang Dan cultivar and roasted for 9 hours over Longan wood charcoal. Vanilla fudge, baked panna cotta and oxidised pear.

Da Wu Ye Dancong

Tropical, juicy fruit laden Oolong with a quenching dry finish. Boiled cherry sweets, yellow roses, banana, mangosteen and wood resins.

Organic, high mountain tisane with cleansing, digestif qualities. The flavours of Mediterranean mountains. Oregano, thyme, orange zest and frankincense.

Ba Xian Dan Cong

Famed but lesser produced cultivar of Dancong Oolong. Medium roasted over charcoal. Magnolia, fresh apricots and almond milk.

Yiwu Gushu Raw PuErh Spring 2019

Yiwu Gushu Raw PuErh made from 200-300 year old tea trees in 2019. Hot rocks, fresh apricots and heather honey with a blood orange finish.

2015 Bai Mu Dan

Mid-aged Fuding White Peony to drink now or continue to age. Marzipan, melon candy, icing sugar, cement and winter air. Includes instructions for ageing tea.

Creamy and sweet raw Gushu PuErh from Ba Qi Shan in Lincang. Strawberry cream chews, steamed bamboo and custard buns.

Tiny batch of ultra-rare 1970's Liu Bao. Dark coconut caramel, betel nut, cinnamon and carob.

Royal PuErh 2013

A lighter ferment Ripe PuEhr to maintain more of the natural liveliness of the raw tea. Brazil nuts, red bean paste and sweet orange peel.

White Peony King 2010

Thick, smooth and fruity aged White. Kasugai peach gummies, fresh pears, apple skin and marzipan.

Organic Oolong processed in low oxygen to increase GABA to 200mg per 100g. Summer rain, apricot jam, wet wood and chestnut honey.

Long Jing - Dragonwell

First flush, pre-qing-ming Long Jing picked on 8th March from 40-year-old bushes of the small leaf variety. Sweet adzuki beans, lemon shortbread and palmier.

Tong Mu Zhengshan Xiaozhong

An unsmoked Lapsang that shows the true depth of flavour of this famous tea. Dark cocoa, charred bourbon casks and rambutan.

2010 Fuding Shou Mei

Aged white with a deep body sensation of flushing warmth, cooling breath and feelings of quiet awe. Thyme, prune polenta cake, cellar wood and tuica plum alcohol.

Deep steamed sencha for a smoother and richer flavour. Artichokes, cherry shortbread, oat porridge and yuzu.

Zheng Wei Tie Guan Yin

Pinnacle quality Xiping Tie Guan Yin made in a Qing Xiang Zheng Wei style. Asian pear, custard apples, sago and coconut milk.

Yunnan Dianhong

Fengqing Black tea made with a predominance of buds for a lighter tea. Dark toffee, black pepper and blackcurrants with a malty and minty fresh finish

Huangshan Maofeng

Top grade Maofeng Green from Anhui's Yellow mountains. Dewy summer morning air, creamy taro and lemon zested sweet peas.

Hu Xiao Qi Lan

Uniquely light Wuyi Oolong cultivar. Summery mix of hay, asian pear, mangosteen and meadow flowers with a charcoal warmth.

Fu Shou Lishan Qing Xin

The paragon of high mountain Oolong from Fu Shou farms over 2400m up in Lishan. Sugarcane, buttermilk, magnolia and sweet pineapple.

Gushu Dianhong

Potent black made from old tea trees with a PuErh character. Black cherry, molasses, orange zest and camphor.

Mi Lan Xiang Dan Cong - Honey Orchid Oolong

Known as a doppelganger tea for its ability to imitate surrounding plants. Forest honey, sweet potato and orchid. Ripe pear with a rocky mineral finish and teasing acidity.

Smoked Tong Mu Zhengshan Xiaozhong

Longan wood smoked Lapsang made in Tong Mu village. Dried pears, milk chocolate, allspice and smoked banana.

Lu An Gua Pian

Unique Anhui province Green tea using a bigger leaf picking combined with flash roasting to bring out warmth and sweetness. Baked potato moving to vanilla cheesecake and lemon oil.

Bizarrely Aged Dianhong

Bizarrely aged ancient tree Dianhong with incredible results. Aged tangerine zest, antique wood and brandy soaked Christmas pudding.

Gui Fei Oolong

Bug-bitten Taiwanese Oolong with knockout aromatics. Muscatel, cedar, orchid and honeyed apricots.

Dong Ding Wulong

Special grade heavily roasted Dong Ding with a long finish. Flavours shift on the tongue from buttery, dark baked biscuits to spiced poached pears.

Tong Mu Zhengshan Xiaozhong

Unsmoked Lapsang from the famed Tong Mu village. Floral and fruity with muscatel grapes, lychees, rose, lilac and fresh cut wet oak.

Xiao Suan Tie Guan Yin

Unique style Tie Guan Yin. The leaves are held for 2 days to accentuate sour fruits. Salted brown butter cinnamon apples, yogurt, green mango and watermelon rind freshness.

Specially processed Oolong for high Gaba (over 250mg per 100g). Roasted coconut and burnt pine depth with a rosehip acidity and lingering eucalyptus sweetness.

Ye Sheng Zi Ya

Made from buds of the Purple trees in Yunnan. Peach, elderflower and balsa wood with a vanilla sweetness.

Hou Kui - Monkey King

Exemplary Hou Kui with deep Hou Yun sweetness. Sweet orchids, nashi pear, soy milk and guava.

Bai Hao Yin Zhen

First flush, sun withered Silver Needle from the idyllic Guangxi province. Papaya, orange blossom cream and white chrysanthemum.

Huo Shan Huang Ya

Smooth and elegant tea made in small batches. Morning dew, fresh cut grass, green beans with a light and warming pear sweetness.

Da Ye Kuding - Ilex kaushue

Very strong calming herb with a smoky aroma and powerful medicinal bitterness moving to sweetness.

Yin Xing Ye

Renowned Chinese herb for improved circulation, memory and cognitive protection. Hints of marine water with medicinal herbs and a lingering sweetness.

Heritage cultivar Green tea from the high elevations of Zhejiang. Roasted sweetcorn and galia melons.

Jin Yin Hua - Lonicera japonica

A very popular flower used in Chinese Medicine for its anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. Taste of custard powder, buttercups and fresh reams of paper.

Mei Gui Hua - Rosa chinensis

Rubus Idaeus

Bright and refreshing tisane traditionally used by women after 32 weeks of pregnancy to strengthen uterine muscles for an easier birth.

Aspalathus linearis

Soft, rich and warming with much of the satisfaction of black tea. Cherry, vanilla and honey with eucalyptus freshness.

Jin Jun Mei
