Monocle Boss Puerh

In yixing an apple juice smoothness. And slightly candied/ honey sweetness.

Zha chi is strong. ( Medium high range compare to Lau Pang Zhang). Bottom cup smell a little bit like Wuyi tea. Pleasure feeling after drinking lasted 2 - 3 hours. Great Tea.

First infusions sour zesty grapefruit with tight astringency, next infusions super sweet tropical jam with full warm lubricating mouth feel, then lastly a leathery buttery finish as the infusions end.

One of my favorite teas I've ever tasted. Sharp, strong, super caffeinated. Sour apples and strawberry seeds.

Bit salty, chalky, cardboard, bird feathers, dry wood.

Quince compote, charred tomatoes, floral magnolia finish, pleasant astringency turning to sweetness.

This PuErh stands out from all others I've tried. The two most prominent notes for me are a strong citrus zest and a very distinct musk (especially when brewed unfiltered). Thick, syrupy, sweet.

Texture oily Smell fruity with a bit earthy Taste: Fruity (citrus fruits), a bit earthy but really lovely, no bitterness Got that balanced caffein feeling but without the rush.

Fruity sweetness, smooth. Enjoyed on a sunny morning.

Beautifully complex tea, starts out as leather grapefruits, later dies down to reveal soft citrus peel candy flavor aftertaste that will last as long as you still have the patience for drinking. Recommended.

Very mineral rich; old leather, sweet fruit.

The first taste is a zesty Grapefruit funk. Pipe tobacco or Indian musk incense spice. Hay sweetness. Gritty sweet like a chocolaty bean steam bun. Pages of old book. Sweetness rising from throat.

Monocle Boss really is the boss. Such a rich body and yet the top notes are so bright. Very distinct peach jam sweetness, combined with slightly sour apple peels. Perfect sweet salivating dryness.

Freshly cut light wood... clean sweat... quick and pleasant nipping bitterness giving way to nice musty notes.

Only had a taster but it was amazing! Really looking forward to buying a cake some day!

A real thick texture in the mouth. Flowery sweetness and slight bitterness. Nice Puer to start with

Initial refreshing grapefruit kick which moves to a woody leathery smoothness.

Medium thickness liquor. Tasting like almond cream tart with zesty afternote and mineral powdery mouth feel.

I drank this to try out teadrunk, ... it worked but i was influenced for 16 to 20 hours. Because the extra amount of leaves it extra bitter but still sweet and a hint of lemonn

Very citric, grape fruit with a and burnt orange tang. There is a a pleasant leathery taste that becomes more pronounced on later infusions.
