I love brewing strong shots of tea but sometimes I have to admit that I push things a little (read 10g of Sheng PuErh in a 150ml gaiwan!). The great thing about brewing in a Yixing clay pot is that it manages to soften out those greedy brews so that you can make even richer tea without the eye watering astringency!

In this video I give you the basics to brew in Yixing and we do a taste test between Yixing and glass.
