    Reminds me of After Party Enhancer. Rich, dark, soft. A really good Ripe!

Remarkably thick and velvet-smooth ripe PuErh with a decadent creamy mouthfeel and taste. Jungle Starlet is the worthy successor of top-shelf , bud-heavy ripes, following in the footsteps of After-Party Enchanter and Milk Float Nomad. The body sensation on this one is spot on, with a mind-invigorating and creative character. The perfect all-day and late-night sipper.

We were hooked as soon as the liquor of this ripe slid smoothly down our throats. This is one of the richest and most slippery-soft teas that I can remember. I have been trying to get to the bottom of what makes this tea's texture so special and I have found out that the batch was left unsieved after fermenting. Perhaps this is what amps-up the body of this ripe - like unfiltered whisky. Maybe it is the expert fermenting skills of the producer. Whatever it is, we love this velvet texture.

The taste is up there with some of my favourite-ever Heicha teas - creamy, nutty and fudgy balanced with sweet raisins and a sprinkling of bright, herbaceous notes and clean bedsheets.

Oh, and the body sensation is right up my alley. The perfect tea for creative thinking or chewing the fat with friends late into the night - this tea invigorates and clears the mind while giving you enough of a lateral nudge to see things in a different way.

All in all, a very special tea and I am stashing this one for years of late-night treats.
