Devastating earthquakes in Turkey and Syria brought inconceivable suffering to thousands of people, leaving so many without homes in freezing temperatures in need of urgent aid.
The Tea community is one of the most positive and proactive groups which I have ever witnessed and I know that all of you would like to help reduce suffering and brighten the dark days as much as you feel you are able.
We are making it easier for you to donate money for humanitarian help to those affected by the earthquakes in Syria and Turkey by allowing you to add your donation with any tea order. There is no pressure or expectation, simply an opportunity to make a contribution if you feel willing and able to do so.
We really want every penny or cent to make as much difference as possible. We have currently selected the following charity for you to look into further: DEC (Disaster Emergency Committee).
