LONG JING SUPREME
Pre-Qing Ming, authentic Xihu Long Jing from the revered Mei Jia Wu village. Malted barley, borlotti beans, cooked chestnuts, umami broth, gala melon, lemon drops and rice pudding.
JADE ARROW SUPREME
A first pluck Anji Bai Cha made from a ultra light and milky leaves. Sweet adzuki, warm milk, orchids, gooseberries and wild strawberries.
BAMBOO SABRE
Early pluck of the year from heirloom cultivars. Green apple, sweetened soy milk, sugar snap peas and green bamboo.
SWEET DEW
Historic Green tea produced for 2000 years. First pluck of the year from 55 year old tea trees. Orchid, orange blossom and edamame with a sweet finish
