Seaweed is a powerful Chinese herb which may not taste great but is incredible for your health. Contains naturally found nutrients such as iron, selenium and calcium but its the iodine that makes seaweed so unique. There aren't many natural sources of edible iodine and it is important for thyroid function. A deficiency of iodine can cause depression, fatigue and inability to control weight properly.

To brew, we recommend adding to soups or boiling water and allowing to simmer on the heat for at least 15 minutes. Sewaeed has a very strong taste so a little goes a long way!
