I have a really close relationship to Dan Cong Oolong (aka Phoenix Oolong). The reason is because this is the tea which is produced closest to my ancestral village in South China. It is the tea type which I used in my wedding and all in all it is one of my most adored teas out there.

So this was a fun tasting session of four Dan Cong Oolongs which we had found in on one of our trips. To watch us sourcing these teas you can watch us travelling to China. To learn more about Dan Cong Oolong then I try to explain it in more detail in this video.
