This is one video that I was really excited to make for obvious reasons. I love good dark chocolate and I am impressed by some of the bean to bar offerings that I have tasted with wildly different flavour profiles.

My sister and I love to discuss food and since our pairing of Tea and Cheese was given the thumbs up by YouTube I figured that we should try out some brews with chocolate.

To taste the teas yourself:

Genmai Matcha
Jasmine Jade Oolong
Lost Robe

We do not sell the Fujian Black tea but the most similar would be a high quality unsmoked Lapsang Souchong.
