All tea sellers worth their salt talk about the importance of teaware. Visual and ergonomic aesthetics aside, teaware is fundamental to the flavour and texture of your tea.

This can get very geeky and there are long comments on our YouTube pages with Teaheads discussing their preferences for different shapes, wall thicknesses and brewing styles with teaware.

In this video I wanted to test out the difference between Yixing Clay and Porcelain. Does it actually make a difference?
