One of my favourites! Potent. Bitter - but a different kind of bitter than you’d expect. Medicinal and cooling.

OK, this is a powerful and funky tasting herb so I would advise using a little bit to begin with because too much of this herb can be really bitter. But get the balance right and you have a smoky bitter sweet brew, which is renowned for its ability to disperse heat and calm the body. This is a different variety of the lighter Baby Leaf Kuding.

Apart from treating hypertension and lowering cholesterol and blood pressure, it is also used to clear the head and treat itching eyes, red eyes, rhinitis and headaches (caused by heat). It also helps to calm a fidgeting person and improve mental focus and memory.
