    The mouthfeel is a bit cooling but warm in the throat. Slightly bitter, but turns into a very light floral and sweet taste after the aroma sets in the mouth for a minute or so.

    Great tea before bad. can be a bit salty when over-brewed so try to make it in short steepings.

Chamomile contains active ingredients such as Bisabolol and flavenoids which make it a very healthy drink. It has been used for centuries as a soothing golden infusion to help relaxation and sleep.

Chamomile has a calming and anti-inflammatory effect. It can reduce feelings of nausea, stomach ache and cramps. It is antipeptic, antispasmodic, antipyretic, antibacterial, antifungal, and has demonstrated anti-allergenic activity.
