Chamomile contains active ingredients such as Bisabolol and flavenoids which make it a very healthy drink. It has been used for centuries as a soothing golden infusion to help relaxation and sleep.
Chamomile has a calming and anti-inflammatory effect. It can reduce feelings of nausea, stomach ache and cramps. It is antipeptic, antispasmodic, antipyretic, antibacterial, antifungal, and has demonstrated anti-allergenic activity.
