This Yixing Zini pot is made from Huang Long Shan clay with excellent performance - smoothening and softening texture and astringency.
It is a half-handmade pot, meaning that it is made by hand with the use of molds and tools to achieve its disctinctive shape. The ball filter is made from the same clay and ensures a smooth pouring expereince.
Capacity is about 110ml - a great size for solo sessions, yet versatile enough to serve up to three others.
To prepare this pot you can just rinse a few times with boiling water.
I recommend using this pot for all tea types except for Green, Yellow and Light oolongs. It is particularly suited to Raw PuErh, Ripe tea (Heicha) and Dark Oolongs.
