Free shipping offer
For carts that meet the criteria for free shipping the cheapest available shipping option will be offered for FREE (in most cases). More expensive shipping options will be discounted.
Example: If the cheapest option to your address is Standard Post which normally costs 10 GBP a discount of 10 GBP will be applied to all of your shipping options. This will present the Standard Post option for FREE and all other shipping options with a 10 GBP discount.
Criteria
- Spend requirement: 125 GBP / 145 EUR / 160 USD. The spend requirement is evaluated on your order subtotal after discounts.
- Your cart cannot contain any WHOLESALE items
- Our system is able to find a suitable shipping quote for your order and destination. If our system fails to find a suitable shipping quote you will receive the discounted shipping offer below.
Discounted shipping offer
When free shipping is not available for your order you will receive a generous shipping discount. This can happen when:
- Your order is shipping to an address that is not serviced by our primary carriers.
- Your order contains bulky items or requires multiple parcels/shipments to enable delivery.

NOTICE: We leave ourselves the right to make necessary adjustments to these free shipping offers, including revoking it, should it be economically not feasible, but we hope that free shipping is here to stay.
