Ginkgo Biloba is now the most popular of Chinese herbs. It is used by many people for a variety of issues or for prevention of conditions.

Studies have shown that Ginkgo may stimulate the mind, improve memory and reduce cognitive impairment. Ginkgo is therefore used in the treatment of Dementia, Alzheimers and other forms of cognitive impairment or memory issues.

Other studies with Ginkgo suggest other possible health benefits including reducing blood pressure, glaucoma, anxiety, ADHD and PMS.
