This tisane is derived from stinging nettles and is commonly used to aid in the reductionof arthritic or rheumatic pain in the joints. Nettle is a diuretic and can assist in bladder and kidney health and specifically for preventing kidney stones. Nettle is being used to treat Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia and hayfever.
