Baby Leaf Kuding

Calming tea with pleasant starchiness. Lightly sweet, lightly bitter, lightly zesty.

The way the leaves transform from dry to wet is pure magic. It took a few sips to adjust, but I really enjoy the herbal bitterness. Great tisane—glad I gave it a try.

Just like its bigger brother, just sweeter and gentler. Always cheers me up with the sweet, medicinal but flowery with a slightness of bitter.

Hay/grassy flavor with some green lemon zest. The bittersweet taste is pleasant but the tisane is easy to overbrew.

Vegetal and lemony, can become a bit pungent at times, but sweet overall.

I like both Big and Baby leaf Kuding, but the baby is a little easier to handle. The Big leaf version can be more in your face

Medicinal, but with an underlying note of peach fruitiness; also kaffir lime and lemongrass. Lovely with a flute brewer to see the unbecoming dry leaves blossom into a delicate translucent green.

Sweet licorice with an astringent-free grassy bitterness. Very lemon verbena with a resonating sweetness that stays long after each sip. Peculiar to Western tastebuds, but still a beautiful tisane!

Much more gentler in terms of bitterness compared to Big leaf kuding, the bitterness and sweetness are both downplayed making this tisane have a pleasant relaxing mouth feel.

Mild & refreshing. But also has a bite. I like it! Not sure what it tastes like. Light, summery. Citrus peel. Fresh herbs; a hint of thyme or rosemary I think?

Nice bitterness of fresh grass with a chive spicyness coming through, changes to a floral, anise taste with a long lasting finish. Blends great with other tisanes, need to try it iced for summer.

Wow! This certainly packs a bitter punch! An immediate dose of bitterness which gives way to a milder, almost menthol taste and sensation.
