This is a beautiful tea, with that wonderful bitter layer that releases a lot of sweetness in your throat. It has a perfumed sweetness and it lifts you, calming you down.

Unriped banana, pear and backed christmas apple with custard, shifting to apple & pear compote with further infusions. Flowery, gentle young GuShu Qi at infusions 4 onwards

Lots of fruit. Mineral finish. Light bodied and color so was surprised at the intense settling and meditative quality. I drink right before meditation for deep time. Lovely.

Warming and alert tea with very zingy flavor. Floral (orchid/jasmine), cooked green banana, pear/apple compot. Very comforting and alerting tea. Just a tad much floral zingyness, so brew lighly.

Fruit bomb! Lovely! Pineapple sweetness with a subtle creaminess. Very faint, but there, spice notes of vanilla and cinnamon. THICK tea when unfiltered.

This tea had so many nuances and flavours, it was amazing. Peaches, apricots, bananas, spiced rice pudding with almonds all held together with a burst of cherry/blackcurrant boiled sweets.

Cleansing with a wonderful texture and a suggestion of poached pears. A zero astringency tea you could drink all day but lacking any kind memorable impact. I was expecting more.

Really interesting tea, immensely fruity with a burnt sugar and stewed fruit arrival with a heavy tannic dry finish. beautiful stuff, but the last few steeps get a bit more subtle

Very unique tea! Lemon curd, dried apricot, fresh mint, citrus-y finish.

Mild taste overall; notes of bananas, bread, and pears.

Plumeria, nice mouth astringency effect, great chi happy time, wildflower honey, lilikoi, subtle grounding earth tone keeps it all in equilibrium, lavender fields, a treat to be savored.

Green apple, lemon meringues, lemon custard, banana bread. Scrumptious!
