Aging for a year, bring out some chocolate notes and a lot more ferment. The leaves are darker and rinse has loads of more bubbles. Still taste great

Sweet and brothy, like other Greens, but maybe even brothier, than other Chinese greens and closer to Japanese ones. It may not be that complex, but for a quarter of the price it has 90% of the taste!

Everything I love about a good green tea: steamed vegetables, a hint of potato starchiness and a medium texture. Little to no sweetness and overall very balanced with no particular flavour taking over

Absolutely spectacular daily drinker. Very vegetal, sweetcorn and courgette and grass. Full-bodied, with a sushi rice sort of sweetness and stickiness.

On the nose, vegetal of asparagus with a slight roasted note. Taste is very rich & of asparagus with a touch of cut grass. Rounded of with a nice sweetness. Thick & lubricating. Excellent green!

Cucumbers, wet grass, slight bitterness with an underlying toasty nuttiness.

My favourite breakfast tea. Rich, satisfying, without sweet notes, and marvelous with a slice of ginger. Great to get me into gear in the morning and not harsh on the empty stomach.

A strong green tea. Vegetal, light and warming. The wet leaves smell like a fresh tea field. To avoid any bitterness it is best to start with flash brews.
