An essential yet stylish Gong Dao Beii made from strong borosilicate glass.
Gong Dai Bei or Fairness Pitchers are used in Gong Fu Brewing to serve guests. Pouring directly from the brewing pot into cups is messy, and no-one will receive the same strength brew, so Gong Dao Bei's are used to even out the tea before serving.
Finding good Gong Dao Bei's can be surprisingly frustrating. Some have a dribbly pour and others have a shape which requires tipping the pitcher at extreme angles.
This is a super functional and strong Gong Dao Bei with a capacity to handle all Gong Fu size pots easily. It has really excellent pour and balance.
