Nectar Raider

As sweet as every teahead can wish, honeyed water concoction, flower-perfumed summer day

Pleasant complex mix that I cannot define any single element. Perhaps incense but in a good way?

The wet leaves smell incredibly fruity, like ripe nectarines. Minerals and nectarines taste, sweeter in the end. Low astringency, no bitterness.

A light, sweet tea with a scent ripe apricots. Very much a “soft” puérh suited for the ladies and anyone who is not into the more robust nature of a Gushu or a fully fermented puérh.

This is probably one of the best sheng puerh I have tried so far. It is super sweet and has a wonderful honey fruit flavor that lingers. The liquor is syrupy and coats the tongue nicely.

Not as sweet as expected, which probably can be something good for people worried of too much sweetness. I was more surprised by a kind of Pesto alla Genovese taste!

Absolutely delicious- warm and cold brewed! Dried apricots, honey, alpine dairy, meadow flowers, overwhelming sweetness with a dry finish that’s juicy. Medium thick golden liquor. Love this tea!

Very light and no bitterness. It’s a bit zesty in taste. And it has a long lasting sweet finish

Sweet without any bitterness. Very reminiscent of the Young Gushu 2016 batch.

I love it just don’t let the liquor sit it will go bitter

Medium body. Very light astringency, sweetness, peaches.

Excellent notes from Mei Leaf website. Cookie Dough, balanced. Mild enjoyable sweetness. No mountain cave, damp wood or forest aromas flavour here.
