Our menu is constantly changing depending on the year's harvests and our tea sourcing adventures. These are some sample pages to give you an idea of our approach to tea service.
All drink-in pure teas are served Gong Fu Style (we call it TRUE BREW). This means that you receive all the teaware, instructions and tasting notes for you to brew yourself. TRUE BREW is a much richer and more personal tea experience. Basic Brew and take-away are available too.
