It's back in stock and even more sour than ever! This year we have managed to commission a 'Tuo Suan' Tie Guan Yin. This is a unique and new style of Tie Guan Yin production. The leaves are withered outdoors and piled without shaking for about 2 days. This causes the tea to become even more sour and fruity.

The taste is uniquely fresh with a sensation of sourness and unripe fruit which is so dynamic in the mouth.

Sour Sap is made in the modern Tuo Suan style and comes from Gan De.
