It's back in stock and even more sour than ever! This year we have managed to commission a 'Tuo Suan' Tie Guan Yin. This is a unique and new style of Tie Guan Yin production. The leaves are withered outdoors and piled without shaking for about 2 days. This causes the tea to become even more sour and fruity.

The taste is uniquely fresh with a sensation of sourness and unripe fruit which is so dynamic in the mouth.

Sour Sap is made in the modern Tuo Suan style and comes from Gan De.

Watch us sourcing the 2017 Sour Sap tea! This batch is a different batch and Tuo Suan processing.
