This is probably our most intensely Jasminey tea because it has been scented up to seven times. But the flavour of the White tea continues to express itself and the result is a powerfully aromatic tea with the soft and velvety texture of a good Silver Needle.
Buds of the Da Bai tea cultivar are carefully handpicked in spring and allowed to dry in the sun. The tea is then covered in freshly picked jasmine and allowed to infuse overnight. The dried jasmine flowers are removed and the process is repeated up to seven times to create an intense floral aroma.
