    Great quality. Consistent measure.

Matcha is a fabulous drink and preparing it properly is essential to get the perfect balance of taste. Measuring out the amount of matcha powder to use is a key part of the preparation and teaspoons are ok but they are not as good as this bamboo Chashaku for a few reasons.

Firstly the long handle of this bamboo scoop allows you to remove matcha out of any container without getting your knuckles green! Secondly, this Chashaku measures a very consistent amount of matcha unlike teaspoons which can be very inconsistent depending on how heaped the matcha is on the teaspoon. And finally it is very pretty, giving your matcha session the elegance it deserves.

One Chashaku measure is about half a teaspoon.
