Goji, Gou Ji, Wolfberry - whatever you want to call them, these are one of the powerhouse berries of the Chinese Medicine arsenal. Every health and beauty blog, magazine or news website has at some point featured these high mountain fruits as one to add to your diet and for good reason.

Gou Ji berries are nutritionally rich, containing Vitamins C, B1, B2 and other vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, amino acids and such nutrients as isoleucine, tryptophan, zinc, iron, copper, calcium, germanium, selenium, phosphorus, B6, and vitamin E. Gou Ji is rated as one of the world's most powerful anti-ageing food.

Ours are sourced from high mountain areas and are top quality. We have another business in Chinese Herbs so we have good sources.

So how do you use them? The Chinese love to throw them into savoury or sweet soups (try adding to chicken soup for a subtly sweet pop). You can use them wherever you would use other berries - cereals, yoghurt, salads or a simple snack with some nuts.

We like to throw them into tea - obviously!
