Long Jing - Dragonwell

The very first spring pickings of Long Jing tea after winter dormancy. Hazelnut butter, raspberry jam, custard apple, steamed borlotti beans and taro.

Uji Saemidori Matcha

Pinnacle Matcha from Uji family with long history of Matcha production. Creamy umami, chocolate and roasted almonds, soft bitters, green melon and lotus flower.

Mo Li Long Zhu

Hand rolled five times infused jasmine Green tea. Ripe strawberries, jasmine, orchid and dry stone leading to summery warm meadows.

Tenryu Tsuyuhikari Matcha

Masterful 30-day-shaded, single cultivar Matcha from Tenryu. Whipped cream, chocolate oat milk, umami broth, pecan butter, galia melon and orchids.

Yun Wu - Cloud & Mist Green

Fine picking, early spring Yun Wu Green. Roasted beans and candied chestnuts moving to cantaloupe melon and lemon oil fruitiness

Anji Bai Cha

Top shelf grade Pre Qing Ming Anji Green from old bushes. Salted yolk custard, bran flakes, fresh peas, lemon posset and light jasmine.

Shiga Kabusecha, which has been covered for 10 days before picking. Melon milk, buttered daikon, river pebbles, steamed rice and lotus leaves.

Lao Cong Huangshan Mao Feng

Handmade Maofeng made from 115 year old heirloom bushes in the Yellow mountains. Mountain breeze, whipped cream, sponge cake, rosewater and petrichor.

Smooth and comforting roasted Green tea, perfect for creamy drinks or on its own. Muscovado sugar, coffee beans, toasted barley, black licorice and cocoa.

Shifeng Long Jing

Pre-Qing Ming, authentic Xihu Long Jing from the revered Shifeng fields. Toasted rice, chestnut puree, candied nuts, green melon and lime cordial.

Hojicha

A roasted blend of three pickings of Bancha Green tea. Caramel soya sauce, hay and poached pears.

Lu An Gua Pian

Unique Anhui Green flash roasted from larger pickings of old tea bushes. Cherry cheesecake, avocado, sauna and lemon oil.

Anji Bai Cha

Pinnacle 2026 Anji Bai Cha made with a unique cultivar. Honeydew melon, shiopan, warm milk, creamy marrow and gooseberries.

Matcha dusted Genmaicha. Soy sauce covered rice crackers and fresh cut green grass with a rich umami savoury sweetness.

Jiangsu Bi Luo Chun / Green Snail Spring

Fine and rich batch of Jiangsu Bi Luo Chun from heirloom varieties. Lotus seeds, buttered sweetcorn, pear and elderflower.

Mengding Gan Lu

Majestic, handmade green from Mengding mountain. Wok fired zucchini, saline mist, candied pecans and dried apples.

Top shelf traditional, hand-picked, Komo shaded Gyokuro. Rich umami, sweetcorn, white chocolate, taro, nettle, lemon blossom and cake frosting.

Icho Sencha

Uniquely floral sencha withered overnight to develop rich aromatics. Jasmine, honeysuckle, cooked spinach, buttered potatoes, cherry jam and lemon zests.

Hou Kui - Monkey King

Handmade Taiping Hou Kui with deep Hou Yun sweetness. Guava, pineapple cakes, pine resin, soya milk and pumpkin seeds.

Tianshan Green

Early picked Tianshan Green from 60 year old bushes. Orchids, pine nuts, rhubarb fool, celery seeds, steamed rice and oxidised apple.

Tan Chun Ling Ya

Wild tea from the pristine mountains of Mabian. Creamy zucchini broth, steamed rice, greengage plums, orchid and rock sugar.

Ephemeral Green made in the colder climate of Laoshan - the cradle of Taoism in China. Puffed rice cereal, jerusalem artichoke, candied potato and sugared lemon zests.

Que She

Famed bud tea from Sichuan using a small leaf cultivar for extra brightness. Starfruit, green mango, steamed rice and coconut milk.
